Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive IT service desk or infrastructure experience.
• Strong hands-on end-user support and IT operations.
• Proficient with M365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and AD.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1–L3 incident resolution and end-user support.
• Administer M365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive access.
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, DNS/DHCP, GPO.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, network, VPNs, printers.
• Oversee endpoint security, SCCM patching, backups, antivirus policy.
• Coordinate with vendors and ITIL incident workflows.
