Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies is seeking a Senior Wintel Engineer for on-site work in Abu Dhabi. The role centers on Windows Server, virtualization, and core infrastructure services supporting clinical and corporate systems.

You will lead high-severity incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with DoH and ADHICS standards. Strong automation and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Windows Server administration across 2016/2019/2022.
• Experience with virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV.
• Strong AD, DNS, GPO, and patch management discipline.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own design, build, and operations of Windows Server environments for clinical and corporate workloads.
• Lead L3 incident response for Wintel and related platforms; drive RCA and permanent fixes.
• Coordinate patching cycles across production and DR environments with CAB windows.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and configuration baselines.
