Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Co. for Building Materials (BILDCO) is seeking a Security-Focused IT Security & Infrastructure Administrator to strengthen the IT environment against cyber threats. The role emphasizes hands-on security operations, system hardening, and incident response.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years in IT infrastructure security, including VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and backup solutions. Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or AZ-500 are valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity administration.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, Veeam, Microsoft 365 Security, SentinelOne, and networking.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CEH, CISM, AZ-500, CCNA, or similar are an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a threat-hunting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Secure and manage VMware ESXi, Windows Server, and Active Directory environments.
• Implement cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management, and security best practices.
• Manage endpoint protection using SentinelOne and respond to security incidents.
• Maintain secure backup solutions using Veeam with ransomware resilience strategies.
• Support Microsoft 365 security, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity management.
• Configure and secure networks, firewalls, VLANs, and access controls.
• Perform monitoring, threat detection, and incident response activities.
