Job summary

CPX is seeking an experienced Vulnerability Management Specialist to lead enterprise-wide vulnerability assessments and drive risk-based remediation. The role focuses on hands-on Tenable Security Center usage, scanning policy optimization, and collaboration across infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to strengthen security posture.

The candidate will analyze CVSS scores, threat intel, and asset criticality to develop remediation roadmaps, support audits, and deliver executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a quantitative field is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience or in a large-scale ICT environment focusing on information/cyber security.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, Tenable VM Specialist are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular vulnerability assessments using Tenable Security Center across enterprise environments.
• Configure and optimize scanning policies, schedules, repositories, and scan zones.
• Conduct authenticated and unauthenticated VA scans and validate findings.
• Analyze vulnerabilities using CVSS, exploitability, threat intelligence, and asset criticality.
• Develop risk-based prioritization roadmaps and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to drive remediation.
• Track remediation SLAs and provide executive dashboards and reporting.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives aligned to ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and PCI-DSS.
• Continuously improve vulnerability management processes and automation capabilities.
