Responsabilidades

• Identify and contact potential customers via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend IT products and solutions.
• Generate leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Coordinate with technical/operations teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
