TOTCI Group is seeking a organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in Dubai. The role requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems. IT industry exposure is a plus for handling product information and pricing.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
• Understanding of IT products, computers, networking and accessories.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple enquiries.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming enquiries and assist the sales team with product information and pricing.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up with customers for approvals.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and technical teams for stock availability, delivery, and installation schedules.
• Maintain and update CRM/ERP with enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
• Ensure timely communication with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, invoices, and customer communication.
