Job summary

Transguard Group is seeking a Business Analyst - IT Projects to join our ICT team at the Dubai HQ in DAFZA. The role connects business stakeholders with IT, translating requirements into technical solutions and driving process improvements.

You will lead requirements workshops, document user stories, support UAT, and provide training and documentation to ensure delivery within time and budget in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, or IS; MBA is a plus.
• Proven BA experience in IT environment.
• Strong elicitation and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall models.
• Experience with BPMN/Visio and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate into requirements.
• Lead requirements workshops and gather UAT feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and BUs to deliver IT solutions.
• Provide training and end-user documentation.
• Monitor solution performance post-implementation.
