Job summary

Q Mart | كيو in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to plan, lead, and manage technology projects that align with business priorities and technical requirements. You will coordinate the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to post-implementation support, collaborating with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of IT project management, software development processes, technology implementation, and digital transformation.
• Knowledge of planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, risk assessment, and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and other methodologies.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, software integration, and databases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage IT and technology projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate the full project lifecycle from requirements analysis to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, business stakeholders, vendors and consultants.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and KPIs to set clear expectations.
• Monitor progress, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, and status reporting with stakeholders.
• Oversee technology implementation, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and third-party service coordination.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and change records.
• Evaluate performance and drive delivery efficiency improvements.
• Prepare reports and management recommendations.
