VerityX Talent is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead and coordinate the delivery of complex technology programs in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee multi‑workstream projects, ensure alignment with business objectives, budgets and timelines, and drive governance and risk management across the portfolio.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, CS, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience, including large-scale initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-workstream IT programs or digital transformations.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience in governance, PMO operations, planning, reporting and delivery management.
• Experience budgeting, resourcing, risk management and delivery schedules.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Establish and maintain program governance, reporting and change control.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Monitor budgets, resources and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure delivery.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks as appropriate.
• Oversee testing, readiness, acceptance criteria and delivery quality.
• Prepare status reports, KPI dashboards and executive updates.
• Support organizational change and user adoption during transition.
• Identify opportunities to improve program processes and efficiency.
