The role leads a six-person team, partners with senior executives to implement IT strategies, and uses Agile, SAFe or Waterfall methods with robust metrics to sustain ongoing improvement and measurable impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT process, project, and business relationship management.
• Deep understanding of IT and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Monday, or Trello.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to make autonomous decisions on significant matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT portfolio and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
• Lead planning and execution of multiple IT projects using Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and delivery quality.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of six people.
