edari is seeking an experienced IT Procurement professional in Dubai to lead end-to-end procurement across IT and Security. You will drive RFQ/RFP processes, supplier onboarding, and contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes cost optimisation, stakeholder collaboration, and performance monitoring across hardware, software licensing, cloud services, and professional IT services. Availability is preferred for immediate joining.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, IT or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience in a large corporate or KPI-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT procurement categories (software licensing, cloud services, hardware, and professional IT services).
• Experience in supplier management, commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Experience managing end-to-end RFQ/RFP processes and monitoring supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Familiarity with procurement systems such as Oracle Fusion or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, commercial and negotiation skills with understanding of total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and compliance would be advantageous.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, internal governance and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation to support audits, reporting and performance tracking.
• Proactively identify procurement risks, resolve bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

I am looking for an experienced IT Procurement professional to join a leading group services function in Dubai. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities across IT and Security, including hardware, software licensing, cloud solutions and professional IT services.

Working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will play a key role in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations and cost optimisation, ensuring procurement activities meet business requirements while maintaining high standards of service delivery, governance and compliance.
