Job summary

Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to drive category sourcing, manage tenders, and ensure value for money in the Dubai market. You will lead RFP/RFQ negotiations, track timelines, and report savings and KPI performance to senior management.

The role requires strong contract knowledge, ERP proficiency (Oracle), and excellent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business, Law, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related discipline.
Any Procurement related certification is a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of procurement & sourcing experience.
Experience in telecommunications is a plus.
Knowledge of contract laws and corporate terms and conditions.
Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the category sourcing strategy development and ensure adherence by the department.
Lead tender negotiations (RFP/RFQ) to achieve best value and budget targets.
Track RFPs and RFQs against timelines and optimize sourcing activities.
Deliver category management services including strategic sourcing and supplier performance.
Negotiate and manage service and supply agreements; ensure timely compliance with policy.
Provide weekly reports on savings, spend, and KPI performance; engage stakeholders.
