Job summary

Washmen seeks an IT Manager to oversee daily IT operations, ensuring security, reliability, and growth in an onsite Dubai environment. You will lead IT support and infrastructure teams, manage budgets and vendors, and implement cybersecurity policies across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science or IT and 5+ years in IT leadership with UAE experience. Master certifications (CCNA, MCSE, ITIL) are a plus. Dubai-based position with onsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT management or similar role.
• Proven hands-on experience with infrastructure and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work onsite and manage a diverse technical team.
• UAE Experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and deploy new technology solutions to enhance business productivity.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are up to date and tested including Plan B.
• Provide senior management with regular reports and strategic technology recommendations.
• Initiated Full IT Department within the organization inline with the management expectation.
