Job summary

Washmen in Dubai is seeking an IT Executive to support, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. This onsite role ensures smooth day-to-day technology operations for staff and facilities.

You will handle user support, device configuration, network monitoring, backups, and security, with a focus on reliability in a fast-paced environment. UAE experience is preferred, and opportunities for training are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 2+ years' IT support/systems admin experience.
• Strong Windows and macOS knowledge.
• Networking experience (LAN/WAN, switches, routers).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Onsite work in UAE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level hardware, software, and network support.
• Install, configure, and upgrade OS, apps, and IT equipment.
• Monitor networks and servers for performance and security.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure backups, DR readiness, and security compliance.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access control.
• Document IT processes and maintain asset inventory.
• Hands-on CCTV management and POS setup.

Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as an IT Executive, where you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure and systems. As part of our team , you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations for our staff and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and IT equipment , including laptops.
• Monitor and maintain company networks and servers to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot computer system issues and coordinate with vendors or higher-level support as needed.
• Ensure daily data backups, disaster recovery readiness, and adherence to IT security protocols.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, including account management and access control.
• Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory records.
• Strong Hands on knowledge managing CCTV
• Hands on experience setting up the POS machine.

Must have requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac-IOS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with networking technologies (LAN/WAN, switches, routers).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an ONSITE role.
• Preferred UAE experience.

Nice to have requirements

• Industry certifications such as, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
• Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, G-suite.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and ADGM Data protection guidelines.
• Familiarity with Help Desk ticketing systems.
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure in a warehouse or industrial setting.
