Midsoft Accelerate Solutions Technology L.L.C in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Engineer to maintain, troubleshoot and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software and network services to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

The role covers Server, Storage and Network Infrastructure Support, Backup and Data Management, IT Security and Access Management, Technical Support and Troubleshooting, plus Desktop and Laptop Support with connectivity issues.
