Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects across servers, networks, data centers, and cloud in Dubai for Dicetek LLC, delivering on-time, within-budget outcomes.

Role Summary

The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives across on‑premises and cloud environments in Dubai. The role focuses on scope control, budget tracking, schedule management, governance, and high‑quality handover for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
• Predict resource needs, build realistic plans, and manage cross‑functional teams
• Prepare budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control and reporting
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures
• Provide clear updates and dashboards to stakeholders on strategy, changes, and progress
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and SLAs with defined deliverables
• Apply industry best practices and standards throughout project execution
• Monitor progress, remove blockers, and adjust plans to keep delivery on track
• Measure project performance and implement continuous improvements
• Oversee delivery across servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud services

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field
• 5-8 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure
• PMP certification preferred; PRINCE2 or Agile credentials are a plus
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and governance
• Proven end-to-end delivery across full project life cycle with risk and change control
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure components and dependencies
