Role Summary

The Cloud Services and Infrastructure Manager position at Dicetek LLC Dubai holds full responsibility for cloud services and infrastructure operations, leading teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering secure, scalable, and reliable technology services in a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end cloud services and infrastructure operations
• Administer and manage Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, Lync, SharePoint, and monitoring systems
• Diagnose system issues, forecast future capacity needs, and implement technical solutions
• Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and operating budget allocation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve customer escalations effectively
• Interface clearly and confidently with senior management and customers
• Lead, mentor and develop team members while ensuring engagement and performance
• Conduct data and security audits in line with business requirements and approvals
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and operational analysis
• Implement new procedures, processes, and technologies within the cloud environment
• Ensure network and operations KPIs are consistently met

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Minimum 9 years experience in telecom or IT infrastructure with strong cloud expertise
• At least 2 years experience in a managed cloud services environment

• Strong experience with VMware, vCenter, network, and storage technologies
