Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure demands, from initiation through approval, ensuring alignment with business strategy and governance standards.
- Develop detailed Business Case Documents (BCDs) outlining project scope, benefits, risk assessments, and financial impacts including CapEx and OpEx breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure Service Owners and technical teams to validate scope, cost, timelines, and resourcing needs.
- Act as the key liaison between infrastructure teams, project governance bodies, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather insights, define requirements, and consolidate technical and operational inputs.
- Maintain accurate documentation including trackers, dashboards, approval records, and governance audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority (DOA), internal frameworks, and Clarity or related portfolio systems.
- Support portfolio planning by providing infrastructure readiness assessments and demand forecasts for annual and quarterly cycles.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, enterprise architecture, or IT portfolio management.
- In‑depth knowledge of cloud, network, storage, and compute systems with strong business acumen.
- Skilled in governance and project management tools such as Clarity, ServiceNow, or Jira.
- Proficient in financial modeling, investment analysis, and business case preparation.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, or ITIL are preferred.
