Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional for a role based in Sharjah. The candidate must have 5-7+ years of IT infrastructure experience with mandatory SAP expertise and strong Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy skills.

The position covers multi-site hybrid infrastructure with cloud components and robust security practices. The ideal candidate will manage complex networks (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN), firewalls, virtualization, backups,

Qualifications

• Must have 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure
• SAP experience is mandatory
• Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, routing and switching
• Knowledge of firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Palo Alto) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Familiar with backup and DR/BC planning, RTO/RPO targets
• Cloud/hybrid infra experience (Azure, Azure AD, Entra ID) and multi-site environments
• Competence in cybersecurity/endpoint security, patching and vulnerability management
• Exposure to Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, SD-WAN, SIEM and monitoring
• Vendor management, IT audit, and SLA management are advantageous
