Job summary

GSSTech Group seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer / IT Help Desk Specialist to deliver first-line technical support within a professional UAE office. You will handle incidents, service requests and routine IT operations, troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, AD and basic networking while logging all actions and meeting SLA timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support, service desk or help desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
• Experience with user access, authentication, VPN and remote access.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticket lifecycle and SLA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for IT incidents and service requests.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, track and close incidents in ITSM tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues for end-users.
• Assist with user access management, password resets and account issues.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident records and contribute to knowledge base.
