Job summary

KBR is seeking an Associate IT Customer Support – UAE Nationals to provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, network and systems issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Based in Abu Dhabi with occasional travel to Dubai, the role supports desktop configurations, asset delivery, incident management, and adherence to IT processes and health and safety guidelines; a relevant IT degree and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, ticketing tools, and remote support tools is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end users and resolve incidents.
• Assist in desktop configuration, installation, and asset delivery.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with IT teams and adhere to IT processes and health and safety rules.
