Job summary

Dubai Investments PJSC is seeking a capable IT support specialist to provide first-line technical assistance to end users, manage IT service requests, and assist with IT projects across the department.

The role requires a IT-related degree, 0-2 years' experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows/Mac, Office 365, and problem-solving, plus excellent communication. Certification is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an advantage but not mandatory.
