Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure and network operations.
• Provide user support and troubleshooting.
• Handle IT security, backups, and system monitoring.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and cloud administration.
• Provide VPN, firewall, and IP telephony support.
• Maintain IT documentation and manage IT assets.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Administration.
