Job summary

TAQA Distribution is seeking a Manager, BEM Enterprise Solutions to join the IT Business Engagement team in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges business and IT, driving enterprise platform optimization and IT demand management to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead engagement across Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC, and supply chain systems, govern platform governance, and enable change management and user adoption at scale. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 9 years delivering enterprise applications and IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC and procurement systems.
• Experience in IT demand management and platform governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic ambassador between IT and business functions, translating needs into tech solutions.
• Lead engagement and improvement initiatives for enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC, and procurement systems.
• Establish IT demand management processes ensuring prioritization and alignment with objectives.
• Drive platform adoption, change management and user enablement to maximize value.
• Monitor platform performance, service quality and business value with KPIs and reporting.
