Job summary

TAQA Distribution is seeking a Manager, Digital Factory to lead the IT & Digital team in delivering AI-driven products and business applications that drive transformation. You will oversee multiple digital product streams, establish delivery standards, and partner with stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, broad technical knowledge, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through discovery, build, release and scale phases while championing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years in digital transformation, product delivery, software development, or technology innovation.
• Proven track record leading product-oriented digital delivery teams from discovery to scale.
• Strong knowledge of modern engineering, low-code, UX, Agile, and DevSecOps.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent products and measuring KPIs.

We are seeking a Manager, Digital Factory to join our IT & Digital team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of innovative digital solutions, AI-driven products, and business applications that support TAQA Distribution's digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product-focused digital delivery from discovery and development through release and scale.
• Drive digital solutions using modern engineering, low-code, UX, Agile, and DevSecOps practices.
• Manage multiple digital products and use cases while establishing consistent delivery standards and performance metrics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to increase digital adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
