Job summary

TAQA Distribution is seeking a Manager, BEM Enterprise Solutions to join the IT Business Engagement team in Abu Dhabi. The role bridges business and IT, driving enterprise platform optimization and IT demand management to deliver measurable business value.

You will lead engagement across Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC, and supply chain systems, govern platform governance, and enable change management and user adoption at scale. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 9 years delivering enterprise applications and IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC and procurement systems.
• Experience in IT demand management and platform governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, BEM Enterprise Solutions to join our IT Business Engagement team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging business and IT, driving enterprise platform optimization, managing business demand, and ensuring technology solutions deliver measurable business value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic ambassador between IT and business functions, building trusted partnerships and translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead business engagement and continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, ServiceNow, HSE/GRC, and Supply Chain & Procurement systems.
• Establish and govern IT demand management processes, ensuring business requirements are prioritised, evaluated, and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Drive enterprise platform adoption, change management, and user enablement programmes to maximize business value and user adoption.
• Monitor platform performance, service quality, and business value through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, business engagement, digital transformation, or IT solution delivery.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion (Finance & HCM), ServiceNow, HSE/GRC, and Supply Chain & Procurement systems.
• Experience in IT demand management, stakeholder engagement, business process optimization, and platform governance.
• Strong communication, relationship management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional certifications in enterprise applications, IT service management, or related disciplines are advantageous.
