We are seeking a dynamic IT Business Development Executive with a proven track record in Managed IT Services to accelerate growth in the UAE market. You will pursue new opportunities, build strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

The role demands consultative selling, strong pipeline management, and the ability to close high-value deals with CXOs and IT leaders across sectors such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Government.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive sales and lead generation
• Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise clients and strategic accounts
• Generate leads build sales pipelines and close high-value deals independently
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets
• Develop opportunities across Enterprise Mid-Market Government BFSI Banking Manufacturing Healthcare Retail and Education sectors
• Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiations and deal closure
• Prepare proposals RFP RFQ responses presentations and commercial offers
• Build strong relationships with CXOs IT Heads Procurement teams and decision-makers
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Monitor market trends competitors and emerging technologies
