Job summary

Ghassan Aboud Group in Dubai seeks an IT Business Analyst for Automotive to bridge operations and technology delivery, ensuring After-Sales, Service and Spare Parts business processes are clearly defined, audit-ready, and scalable across current and future markets.

You will lead end-to-end requirements for ERPNext DMS, map and optimise dealership workflows, perform gap analyses, and guide ERP configuration decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years as an IT Business Analyst in automotive dealership.
• Direct hands-on After-Sales experience (Service, Workshop, Spare Parts) with warranties and job cards.
• Strong knowledge of DMS and ERP platforms.
• Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end dealership processes across multiple markets.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst Automotive acts as the bridge between automotive operations and technology delivery This role ensures that dealership business processes across Service Spare Parts and Operations are clearly defined audit-ready and aligned with industry best practice while remaining scalable across current and future markets The role plays a critical part in the ERPNext DMS implementation guiding the business toward standardised efficient and technology-enabled dealership operations

• Lead the end-to-end definition documentation and validation of business requirements for ERPNext DMS and future digital initiatives
• Map and optimise end-to-end dealership processes with a primary focus on After-Sales Service Workshop Spare Parts
• Conduct current-vs-future-state and gap analyses to drive process improvement
• Identify inefficiencies and propose pragmatic industry-aligned improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 7 years as an IT Business Analyst within an automotive dealership environment.
• Mandatory: direct, hands-on experience in After-Sales (Service, Workshop & Spare Parts) operations, including process design and systems support for warranty, job cards, technician scheduling, parts inventory, and customer service workflows. This is a specific capability gap the role is intended to close; candidates without demonstrable After-Sales exposure will not be considered.
• Strong understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and ERP platforms.
• Proven experience in end-to-end process mapping and optimisation.
• Experience supporting multi-branch or multi-market dealership operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• English required; Arabic advantageous.
