techcarrot in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior SAP automotive consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery of IS-Auto, DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for aftersales operations.

You will run workshops, capture requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and support full lifecycle SAP projects from design through go-live, collaborating with ABAP developers and external partners in an agile/DevOps environment.

Formación

Minimum 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementations, roll-outs, or upgrade projects.
Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience.

Responsabilidades

Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.
Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
Ensure adherence to SAP and Automotive industry best practices.
SAP Project Delivery across lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live.
Provide technical & integration support including ABAP troubleshooting and middleware/interfaces.

Solution Design & Configuration :

Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.
Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
Ensure adherence toSAP and Automotive industry best practices.
Configure and support:
Service Orders
Workshop Management
Service Appointments
Vehicle Reception
Parts & InventoryManagement
Warranty & GoodwillProcessing
Recall Campaign Management
Labor Operations & Pricing
Vehicle Health Check (eVHC)
Customer Quotations &Approvals

Business Process Analysis :

Analyze existing automotivedealership processes and identify automation and optimizationopportunities.
Translate business requirementsinto scalable SAP solutions.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation :

Engage with businessstakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.

Testing & Quality Assurance

Requirements
