Job summary

Emirates Islamic Bank is seeking a Teller to provide efficient, accurate, and high-quality service to customers. You will process cash and non-cash transactions, balance cash drawers, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC, sanctions screening, and Shariah governance.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in banking or related fields, with strong numeracy, communication in Arabic and English, and attention to detail. UAE nationals are encouraged to apply for this role located at our Abu Dhabi branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in banking, customer service, retail operations, or cash handling.
• Fresh UAE National graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high service quality.
• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, remittances, cheque deposits, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Adhere to AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and fraud prevention controls.
• Identify customer needs and refer potential opportunities for banking products and services.
