Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in business, finance, banking.
• Experience: 0–2 years in banking or customer service.
• Fresh UAE national graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior teller or branch banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient teller services and high-quality customer service.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily.
• Comply with AML/KYC, sanctions and bank policies.
• Promote digital banking and refer banking products.
