Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high service quality standards.
Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
Verify customer identity and transaction documentation per bank policies.
Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions daily.
Identify and escalate suspicious activities per AML/KYC and sanctions controls.
Refer customers to banking products and services when appropriate.
Support branch operations and help achieve service and business objectives.
