Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IP networking, telecommunications, network solutions, product management, presales, solution architecture, network planning or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive IP networking market development by identifying market trends, customer needs and opportunities.
• Conduct network and customer insights to translate requirements into IP networking solutions.
• Support development and alignment of IP networking strategies based on market conditions and business priorities.
• Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements and provide solution recommendations.
• Support customer workshops, technical discussions, marketing activities, and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders at mid- and senior levels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed and delivered.
• Follow up on key actions to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.
• Monitor feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen relationships.
• Independently identify customer needs, business opportunities and potential collaborations.
• Contribute to product positioning based on market feedback.
