Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive IP networking market development by identifying market trends, customer needs and opportunities.
• Conduct network and customer insights to translate requirements into IP networking solutions.
• Support development and alignment of IP networking strategies based on market conditions and business priorities.
• Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements and provide solution recommendations.

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are seeking an experienced IP Network Product Manager to support IP networking market development and customer engagements.

The role will focus on understanding market and customer requirements, developing network insights and strategies, supporting customer-facing solution discussions, coordinating project operations, and strengthening relationships with key customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will combine strong knowledge of IP networking with excellent communication, customer engagement and business insight.

Responsibilities

• Drive IP networking market development by identifying market trends, customer needs and opportunities.
• Conduct network and customer insights to understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate IP networking solutions.
• Support the development and alignment of IP networking strategies based on market conditions, customer requirements and business priorities.
• Engage with customers to understand technical and business requirements and provide appropriate solution recommendations.
• Support customer workshops, technical discussions, marketing activities, industry events and other customer-facing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including mid- and senior-level contacts.
• Coordinate with internal technical, sales, product and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Support project operations and follow up on key actions to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Independently identify customer needs, business opportunities and potential areas for further collaboration.
• Contribute to product and solution positioning based on market feedback and customer insights.Perform other relevant business and customer-facing activities as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IP networking, telecommunications, network solutions, product management, presales, solution architecture, network planning or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IP networking technologies and solutions.
• Experience working with telecom operators, enterprise customers, system integrators or technology providers.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical, commercial, sales and delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive activities to completion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Huawei IP networking products and solutions.
• Previous experience with Huawei or other major telecommunications/networking vendors.
• Huawei HCIE certification or equivalent advanced networking certification.
• Experience in customer-facing IP network solution development or product management.
• Experience supporting telecom operators or large enterprise customers.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
• Experience working in a multinational or multicultural technology environment.
