Job summary

Sicuro Group LLC in Dubai is seeking a Product/Operations Manager to ensure device reliability and performance. You will bridge product, operations, suppliers and commercial teams, oversee testing, documentation, and issue resolution, and drive continuous improvements across platforms and services.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of product experience, ideally in telematics, IoT, GPS, fleet management, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical background or familiarity with GPS hardware, embedded systems, or IoT devices.
• Proven experience managing full product lifecycle (discovery → delivery → growth).
• Familiarity with API integrations, data platforms, and mobile/web application development.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work across diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma).
• Technical background or education in CS/CE/IT/electronics/telecommunications.
• Proficiency with AI tools to boost productivity and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Device testing, qualification, and documentation of results.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on defects and improvements.
• Maintain internal and external device documentation and guides.
• Provide training to TEC team on devices and platforms.
• Support Operations and Product teams in daily activities and continuity.
• Assist in preparing monthly client KPI reports and performance insights.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across tracking/telematics platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Ensure ISO 27001, 9001, 22301 and GDPR compliance.
