Job summary

Dyson in Dubai seeks a senior QA/test lead to design and drive test strategies for complex AI/ML features within IoT robotics. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to verify requirements and ensure high-quality delivery across hardware and software components.

The ideal candidate has strong background in embedded systems, AI/ML testing, and Python automation, with Agile experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Data Science.
• Experience with embedded systems, IoT, or RTOS.
• Experience testing AI/ML features and refining automation libraries.

Responsibilities

• Define project-level test strategies and plans.
• Deploy testing solutions for verification of requirements.
• Lead execution of test plans including robot behaviors and AI/ML features.
• Adapt plans as project scope evolves.
• Identify testing needs for new technologies (IoT, ML).
• Define quality criteria for third-party deliverables and coordinate with suppliers.
• Drive integration testing with third-party components.
• Provide early feedback and ensure Dyson quality benchmarks.
