Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software/embedded/IoT/app/cloud testing, including 7+ years as a manager.
• Proven experience managing electronic hardware and software quality for large-scale, multi-platform products.
• Strong systems thinking across embedded, electrical, mechanical, cloud, and app ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the quality and verification strategy across multiple platforms.
• Build and develop high-performing Test & QA teams, coach leads and managers.
• Drive innovation in automation, simulation, and data-driven testing techniques.
