Job summary

Emirates NBD in Dubai seeks an experienced Investment Operations professional to oversee the governance framework across funds and mandates, monitor guidelines, and report on trade execution and breaches. The role requires an MBA or finance postgraduate, 5+ years in banking in an Investment Operations function, and strong capital markets knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, with CISI IOC certification preferred.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of capital market instruments.
Specific experience in Middle Office asset management functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee the investment governance framework across all funds and mandates.
Maintain and monitor investment guidelines in line with prospectuses and signed agreements.
Review and report trade execution for best execution and broker concentration policy.
Report active and passive breaches to the Investment Governance Committee.
Carry out daily NAV variance checks and report monthly TERs to Finance.
Handle due diligence for new counterparty onboarding and periodic reviews.
Ensure SOPs are updated and signed off.
Manage periodic Rebates and Trail processes.
Support new business initiatives and projects.
