Job summary

FTI Capital Advisors in Dubai is seeking an Investment Banking Intern to support origination and execution of M&A mandates across industries. You will build financial models, perform valuation analyses and assist in preparing client materials for meetings and transactions.

The role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance, with mentoring from a dedicated coach and a structured training program designed to develop market-ready skills during the 2027 summer internship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor's or master's degree with graduation date between June 2027 and June 2028.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of M&A mandates across industries.
• Build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses.
• Assist in designing and creating client meeting documents covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
