Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest in restructuring, valuations and tax advisory practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of new business proposals.
• Conduct research and analysis to support client engagements and internal projects.
• Summarize key information and perform analytical reviews.
• Attend meetings and draft concise meeting minutes.
• Support on ongoing project work including data books and financial models in Excel.
• Analyze financial and operational data and discuss insights with the team.
• Assist in preparing client reports and deliverables in PowerPoint.
