Job summary

FTI Capital Advisors in Dubai is seeking an Investment Banking Intern to support origination and execution of M&A mandates through multiple stages from origination to closing. You will build financial models, perform valuations and prepare client materials.

The program emphasizes hands-on training and exposure to cross-border transactions. You will join a structured development path with mentorship, targeted training, and opportunities to work on international mandates within FTI’s global

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field.
Actively pursuing a full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation between June 2027 and June 2028.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions from origination to closing.
Help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses.
Assist in designing and creating documents for client meetings covering strategic alternatives, M&A, and corporate finance.
Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesize complex analyses into actionable conclusions.
