Job summary

FTI Consulting in Dubai seeks an Analyst Intern to support the Strategy & Transformation team. You will work alongside senior consultants to identify challenges, perform in-depth analysis and generate actionable insights that shape client decisions.

This internship develops your analytical and problem-solving skills while offering mentorship, practical tools and exposure to high-impact projects across the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• MBA student with expected graduation between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s).

Responsibilities

• Identify and structure complex issues for client projects.
• Autonomously conduct thorough research and develop insights.
• Generate insightful analyses with advanced MS Excel modeling.
• Synthesize and present findings clearly within the broader context.
• Manage project modules with guidance from senior team members.
• Prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
