2024 Off-cycle Intern Program
Global Banking Middle East and North Africa based in Dubai starting June 2024 for 6 months.
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Understand how our clients, including corporates, institutions, private equity and governments, operate businesses and consider strategic objectives
- Be involved in and contribute to the team providing M&A advice and execution, including spinoffs, takeovers, exchange offers, and formation of joint ventures
- Get to know capital markets through IPOs, capital raising, rights issuances, secondary offerings, among other situations
- Interact with the equities platform to get an insight into the investor community views and trends
- Learn about debt capital markets including corporate and emerging market bonds
