Job summary

FTI Capital Advisors, a unit of FTI Consulting, invites applications for an Investment Banking Intern in Dubai. The role supports origination and execution of M&A mandates, helping build financial models and conducting valuation analyses.

You will assist in preparing client materials and research, contributing to multiple deal stages from origination to closing. You will receive dedicated coaching, mentorship, and targeted training to develop expertise in corporate finance and investment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering or related field is required.
Full-time bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation between June 2027 – June 2028.
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Support origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions from origination to closing.
Help build business and financial models and perform valuation analyses.
Assist in designing and creating client meeting documents covering strategic alternatives, M&A and corporate finance.
Conduct thorough research to gather project-specific information and synthesize analyses into actionable conclusions.
Receive coaching and mentorship to develop deep industry expertise and transaction execution skills.
