Inventory Officer role in Dubai supporting day‑to‑day inventory control and logistics operations for Sharaf DG. This position focuses on accurate stock management, documentation, ERP coordination, and timely support to project and business operations to ensure merchandise availability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage database records for all inventory stocks, quantities, and values
• Receive materials, equipment, supplies, and merchandise and ensure accurate documentation
• Ensure proper storage and handling of stock and report any damages or discrepancies
• Create Goods Receipt Notes for all received items and validate against LPOs and supplier invoices
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and process SRET, PRET, and STO documents as per scope of work
• Ensure HVS stock is stored and maintained within designated HVS areas
• Proceed with PRET after receiving approvals from sales and suppliers
• Coordinate with customers and logistics teams to arrange deliveries after invoicing
• Perform monthly physical inventory counts and report variances to management
• Maintain stock rooms, LOB invoice reports, SRET reports, and PRET reports
• Support logistics activities related to stock movement and delivery
• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and punctuality within inventory operations
