Sharaf DG is seeking an Inventory MIS Analyst in Dubai to support retail inventory operations. The role emphasizes generating MIS reports, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in inventory environments and possess strong Excel and analytical skills. This full-time position offers a salary range of 4500-6500 AED monthly.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail or multi-location inventory environment.
• Exposure to inventory systems and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports including stock ageing and availability.
• Track and reconcile goods in transit, stock adjustments, and bin transfers.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely data flow.
• Monitor inventory KPIs such as turnover, stock accuracy, and fill rate.
• Assist in preparation and execution of periodic and annual physical inventory counts.
• Identify and highlight inventory variances or system-related issues.
