Responsibilities

• Manage database records for all inventory stocks, quantities, and values.
• Receive materials, equipment, supplies, and merchandise and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of stock and report any damages or discrepancies.
• Perform monthly physical inventory counts and report variances to management.
• Coordinate with customers and logistics teams to arrange deliveries after invoicing.
