• Monitor inventory KPIs such as turnover, stock accuracy, and fill rate.
• Assist in preparation and execution of periodic and annual physical inventory counts.

Position Overview

Inventory MIS Analyst role in Dubai supporting retail inventory operations for Sharaf DG. This position focuses on inventory reporting, data reconciliation, KPI tracking, and coordination with cross‑functional teams to ensure inventory accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory MIS reports including stock ageing, stock availability, stock movement, and inventory discrepancies
• Track and reconcile goods in transit, stock adjustments, and bin transfers
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory data flow
• Monitor inventory KPIs such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and fill rate, and share actionable insights with stakeholders
• Assist in preparation and execution of periodic and annual physical inventory counts
• Identify, analyze, and highlight inventory variances or system‑related issues for timely resolution
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy between SAP systems and Excel‑based dashboards
• Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory documentation
• Work closely with BI and analytics teams to improve dashboards, reporting accuracy, and automation
