Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with auditees to understand business processes and control systems.
• Document walkthroughs and process flow for key controls.
• Prepare audit work programs and perform testing of financial and operational processes.
• Utilize ERP and BI system reports to perform control and substantive testing.
• Maintain high-quality audit documentation and working papers in compliance with internal standards.
• Ensure audit fieldwork is completed within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare audit observation summaries, discuss findings with stakeholders, and draft audit reports for managerial review.
• Escalate delays, risks, or control weaknesses to the Internal Audit Senior or Manager promptly.
• Participate in special reviews, investigations, or ad‑hoc assignments as directed by management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote strong control awareness across the organization.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1‑3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
• Professional certifications preferred: CIA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
