Job summary

alfanar is seeking a Storekeeper to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials at our Dubai offices. The role emphasizes accurate stock records, ERP-based control, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely supply and proper documentation, contributing to efficient warehouse operations and compliance across all processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with stock receiving, storage, and issuance.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Material Receiving: verify quantity and quality against orders and notes.
• Storage and Inventory Management: store materials and maintain stock records in ERP.
• Material Issuance: issue materials against approved requests and record it.
• Housekeeping and Safety: keep storage areas clean and safe, report hazards.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain transaction records and support audits.
• Coordination and Support: work with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams.
